IN THE PRESENT WORK, THE MOLECULAR STRUCTURE AND INTRAMOLECULAR HYDROGEN BOND ENERGIES CONFORMERS OF 3-IMINO-PROPENESELENOL WERE INVESTIGATED IN BOTH GAS PHASE AND WATER SOLUTION AT MP2/6-311++G**, B3LYP/6-311++G**, AND G2MP2 LEVELS OF THEORY. Abstract: 

In this study the diffusion bonding of steel– tungsten using a pure titanium interlayer was investigated. Samples were heated in a special fixture under 5 MPa pressure and at the different times and temperatures in the argon furnace. The images of optical and scanning electron microscopes indicated that a detectable diffused region was formed at the Ti- W, while no detectable diffused region was formed at the Steel- Ti interface. Also with increasing the time and or temperature of the process, the thickness of diffused region was increased. Results of the energy dispersive x- ray spectroscopy (EDX) approved the diffusion of Ti and W and little diffusion of steel and Ti. The results of x- ray diffraction (XRD) approved the presence of FeTi and Fe2Ti phases at the welded region. The results of microhardness indicated that the maximum hardness is related to the 1000T1H sample and spatially in its steel- Ti interface. This maximum hardness was due to the presence of intermetallic compounds (FeTi and Fe2Ti).Regarding to the results of shear test, 950T1H had the maximum shear strength and with increasing the time and temperature of welding, the strength was decreased due to the more intermetallic formation. Regarding all the results, temperature of 900 C and time of 1 hr, were found the optimum time and temperature for steel- tungsten diffusion bonding.

Abstract: 

Competition law is a newcomer to the legal system recently. A sound understanding of competition policy can provide us with sufficient bases to apply a fundamental and normative view of the issues of competition law. The difference in supervision and regulation determines how the market functions and in order to understand this difference one must understand competition policy. Competition policy may be based on governmental support for national production and industry or on a non-interventional and regulatory posture. Moreover, supervision, based on the principle of non-intervention in the market mechanism, is rooted in liberal ideas; however, regulation, whether as a rule or an exception, is based on the assertion that the market has been ineffective in attaining its goals. Therefore, the government will resort to interventions to regulate inefficiencies.  This paper aims to analyze Supervisory Authority in Implementing Competitive Policy by employing the description method. In this article the author tries to first delineate competition policy, its related requirements and imposed deviations to the market. Then, by defining the supervisory entity and clarifying its distinction from the regulatory institutions, the author considers the characteristics of an appropriate supervisory entity conducting a comparative study of this issue in Iran and the U.S.A. This form of Competition policy because of its applicable experiences which have been well described by recent scholarship is considered suitable for the native system.

Abstract: 

Soldering plays a crucial role in the electronics industry, driving the need for constant improvements in physical and mechanical properties and the management of intermetallic compound formation. Research in composite materials aims to achieve a uniform distribution of reinforcing particles within solder matrix to enhance their performance. This study investigates the integration of cobalt microparticles into SAC0307 lead-free soft solder alloy using the accumulative roll bonding (ARB) method. MicroStructural analysis confirmed a homogeneous dispersion of cobalt particles within the solder after three ARB passes. Moreover, increasing cobalt content led to a reduction in the size of Cu6Sn5 intermetallic compounds, from 9 µm to 5 µm with 1% cobalt by weight. Examination of β-Sn grain morphology revealed the impact of cobalt particles on recovery and recrystallization kinetics in the solder. Mechanical testing indicated a 20% decrease in interlayer strength within composite solder sheets. Tensile tests showed a 28% increase in strength and a 31% decrease in elongation for composite solder alloy containing 1% cobalt. Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) results revealed minimal change in the melting temperature of composite solder foil.

Abstract: 

زمینه و هدف: Assure Universal bonding Resin، قادر به آزادسازی فلوراید است. همچنین بنا به اظهار شرکت سازنده این ماده استحکام باند کافی بین براکت و سطوح ترمیم های آمالگام و پرسلن ایجاد می کند. مطالعه حاضر با هدف مقایسه استحکام باند Transbond XT و Assure Universal bonding Resin به براکت های استینلس استیل، پرسلن و آمالگام انجام شد.روش بررسی: در این مطالعه آزمایشگاهی تعداد بیست عدد براکت استاندارد استینلس استیل سانترال فک بالا، بیست نمونه پرسلن فلدسپاتیک و بیست حفره آکریل سلف کیور پر شده توسط آمالگام به صورت تصادفی به دو گروه تقسیم و در هر گروه بعد از آماده سازی، سطح به یکی از باندینگ های Transbond XT و Assure آغشته و باSilicon Tube  کامپوزیت Transbond XT روی سطح قرار داده شد. استحکام باند ریز برشی توسط دستگاه Zwick تعیین گردید. داده ها با آزمون Tow-way ANOVA و آزمون مقایسه های متعدد Tukey مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند و نتایج در قالب جداول ارائه گردید.یافته ها: مقادیر متفاوتی از استحکام باند ریز برشی در گروه ها با کاربرد عوامل Transbond XT و Assure به دست آمد (p<0.0001). باند نمونه های آمالگام (7.2±1.46 در برابر 10.12±4.97) و براکت (16.14±3.2 در برابر 20.16±5.12، p<0.05) با استفاده از عامل Assure در مقایسه با Transbond XT موجب کاهش استحکام باند شده و کاربرد Assure در پرسلن (28.84±6.42 در برابر 22.48±3.6) باعث افزایش معنی دار استحکام گردید (p<0.01). آزمون ناپارامتری Kruskal-Wallis نشان داد تفاوت معنی دار از نظر مقادیر رتبه های ایندکس ARI تنها در گروه آمالگام، بین دو باندینگ وجود داشته است (p=0.029).نتیجه گیری: با اینکه باند Assure کمتر از Transbond بود ولی توانست باند کافی برای براکت، آمالگام و به خصوص پرسلن ایجاد کند.

Abstract: 

زمینه و هدف: Assure universal bonding resin، خاصیت آزادسازی فلوراید داشته و همزمان با سمان رزینی نیز تقویت شده است. همچنین بنا به ادعای سازندگان، این ماده استحکام باند کافی بین براکت و مینای دندانها در شرایط آلودگی ایجاد می کند، هرچند نیاز به بررسیهای بیشتر وجود دارد. مطالعه حاضر با هدف مقایسه استحکام باند Transbond XT و Assure universal bonding resin به مینای خشک و آلوده به بزاق انجام شد.روش بررسی: در این مطالعه آزمایشگاهی، شصت دندان پرمولر انسانی خارج شده انتخاب و براکت های استنلیس استیل روی سطوح مینای دندانها باند شدند. برای باندینگ براکت ها به دندان از کامپوزیت رزین Transbond XT (شرایط خشک)، عامل رزینی Assure (شرایط خشک) و Assure (در شرایط آلوده به بزاق) استفاده شد و مقادیر استحکام باند برشی براکت ها به دندان با استفاده از دستگاه Zwick در سه گروه تعیین گردید. از آزمونهای آماری One-way analysis of Variance (ANOVA) و Kruskal Wallis جهت آنالیز داده ها استفاده شد.یافته ها: استحکام باند برشی براکت ها به سطوح مینا در باندینگ توسط عوامل Assure،Transbond XT و Assure در شرایط آلودگی با بزاق برابر 4.78±14.18، 5.49±16.13 و 4.74±13.32 مگاپاسکال برآورد گردید (بدون تفاوتهای معنی دار). آزمون ناپارامتری Kruskal-Wallis نشان داد تفاوت معنی داری از نظر مقادیر رتبه های ایندکس ARI در گروههای مختلف باندینگ وجود نداشته است. (P=0.053)نتیجه گیری: کاربرد عامل باندینگ رزینی Assure برای باند براکت های استنلیس استیل به مینای دندانها، استحکام باند کافی در شرایط خشک یا آلودگی به بزاق ایجاد کرده بود. لذا می توان از این عامل در شرایط بالینی و برای باندینگ براکت ها به مینای دندانها استفاده کرد.

Abstract: 

In order to survive in the complex environment, budget programming or forecasting models have been criticized as inadequate for today’s business environment. Organizations have to use strategic planning to evaluate internal and external situation, then formulate proper strategies and implement them. The key to execute strategy is to have people in the organization understand it. Strategy map has a significant role in the strategic management due to describing strategies of organization and to help people understand strategies. Strategy map is essentially a graphical depiction of the causal model of an organization’s strategy then developing the causal model of the strategy is also important. This paper presents innovative approach to determine causal relationship and levels of strategic objectives in strategy map. For this purpose an interpretive Structural modeling (ISM) based approach has been employed to strategy map. This paper also utilizes the Interpretive Structural Modeling (ISM) methodology to understand the interrelationships among the objectives so that those driving objectives, which can affect others and those dependent objectives, which are most influenced by driving objectives are identified. It emphasizes that interrelationship among objectives isn’t only down to up, it is on both side. An actual example of a small case pipe and fittings manufacturing company provides some managerial insights into the methodology.

Abstract: 

Background and Aim: It has been shown that bonding agents reduce the sealant micro-leakage especially after salivary contamination. This study attempts to evaluate the effect of a bonding agent (Single-Bond) and salivary contamination on a sealant micro-leakage (Embrace).Materials and Methods: In this study a wet-bonding sealant (Embrace) was used in 64 sound human premolars after being etched with 35% phosphoric acid. The sealant micro-leakage was investigated under four different conditions: 1) Saliva + bonding, 2) with bonding alone, 3) with saliva and 4) sealant alone. After thermocycling process, the teeth were covered with wax & nail polish except for 1-1.5 mm around the sealant. The samples were rinsed after immersed in 0.5% basic - fushin solution for 24 hours. Two buccolingual sections were prepared from central and proximal areas of the crowns. The micro-leakage was assessed according to the degree of dye penetration around the sealants. Results: Dye penetration occurred in 5 cases of group 3 which was more than other groups. In the first group, 8 cases had a score more than 1, one less than the other groups. The Kruskal-Wallis test did not show any significant statistical differences between the groups. Conclusion: The use of a bonding agent, prior to application of a Wet-bonding fissure sealant, does not have a significant effect on the micro-leakage of Embrace Sealant in isolated or saliva contaminated conditions.
